Vous pouvez aussi l’associer avec l’huile essentielle de verveine citronn\u00e9e, l’huile essentielle d’orange douce et l’huile essentielle de camomille: m\u00e9langez 10 gouttes de chaque puis diluez 1 goutte du m\u00e9lange dans 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de miel.<\/p>\n
En cas de stress: diluez 10 gouttes d’huile essentielle de m\u00e9lisse dans 1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe d’huile v\u00e9g\u00e9tale. Versez dans l’eau du bain et restez y au moins 10 minutes.<\/p>\n
